c) – What personal data do we use and what do we use them for?

We are committed to only processing the personal data strictly necessary to provide you with our services with the highest quality:

If you create an account online, at www.mads.pt, we will process your personal identification data (name and NIF), and your contacts (e-mail, address and mobile phone number). Your personal data will be deleted 5 years after your last login.

     c2). Direct marketing

We also need your identification (name) and contact data (e-mail and mobile phone number, address) so that we can send you informative communications about news, campaigns and offers, discounts or benefits, generic or targeted, via SMS and/or email. At any time, you can withdraw the indication to receive this type of communications, either through the settings of your personal account or through each communication that we send you.

We will only keep your personal data as long as you maintain your consent to receive these communications. If you revoke your consent to this treatment, we will delete your personal data.

In our social networks – facebook and instragram – we carry out hobbies with some frequency. Whenever you are one of our prizewinners/winners, we will ask you to provide us with your identification data (name and NIF) and contact details (mobile phone number, address, and e-mail). These personal data will only be processed for the purpose of awarding and sending the respective prize.

When you indicate your tax identification number in your purchases, we will need to register it and subsequently transmit it to the Tax Authority.
