General terms of sale

The conditions of sale are agreed between Carmen José Arantes da Rocha Vinagreiro with VAT nº 222577916, referred to as "Mad s", with headquarters in Estrada de Dadim, nº 34 – Nogueiró – 4715-266 – Braga and between anyone who wishes to make a purchase through the website www.mads.pt www.mads.pt, referred to as "User".

• Objective

These conditions are intended to define the general conditions of sale, established between Mad’s and the User, from the act of ordering to the various services provided such as the methods of payment and the conditions of delivery.

• Right of Resolution

• Applicable law

The Terms and Conditions of our website are based on Portuguese Law and that any situation of Litigation will be resolved in the Portuguese Courts.
